Time for another BTLP-TACT exercise? I’m just about to go to bed before the night shift, so what else might I be doing?
I was
presented with one case - a forty-nine
year-old woman in the gynaecology clinic requiring group & save.
She
grouped as O Rh(D) Positive with an antibody screen positive in cell 2. I
ordered antibody panels. The IAT and enzyme panels were positive in cells 2 and
6 which corresponded with anti-K
I got the green light.
