27 November 2018 (Tuesday) - Making a Comment

Last Wednesday I posted about leaving comments on this blog following an attempt at spamming me. Today that post got a comment:

“Great work did by you. Informative and problem-solving content that users can easily digest can work for all types of blogs. When a user finds something informative on a blog, he/she is more likely to come back from your side.”

And then followed a link to a website which offers to do your essays and homework for you (for a price)…  Needless to say I deleted it.

21 November 2018 (Wednesday) - Making a Comment

Did you know that you can comment on any article you might read here? Not that many people do…

On 16 November I mentioned about an article on promyelocytes that the nice people at the Blood Academy had posted.
Today I got a comment on that article. It started “nice post…” and then tried to advertise some web site or other. I deleted that comment.

“If you are involved in advertising or promoting any product or service, you must make sure that you use your knowledge, skills and experience in an accurate and responsible way. You must not make or support unjustifiable statements relating to particular products”.

And there’s no point in offering me a bung.

“Any potential financial rewards to you should play no part at all in your advice or recommendations of products and services that you give to service users“.

Whilst I welcome comments, I’m *not* going to advertise stuff unless I am personally convinced that said stuff is worth advertising.
