22 June 2017 (Thursday) - Cold (white) Aggs ?

I found this being discussed on a Facebook group I follow today. I’m well aware of cold agglutinins… but affecting the neutrophils? This was new to me.
Turns out this has been mentioned in the literature… I’ve never considered it before. If there is still residual red cell agglutination after warming the sample then the red cell parameters are screwed. You just know if a sample has been warmed sufficiently to sort out the red cell agglutination. But the white cells…?
