This case
appeared on the hematology
interest group on Facebook. As so often happens there was just a few photos
and a blood count, and the world and his wife was left guessing. As usual there
were as many opinions as there were people offering them.
Personally I
felt the staining left something to be desired.

Here’s
a case study from the nice people at Lablogatory. It’s a case of melanoma…
possibly not of immediate relevance to me… but then this one had a large
lymphoproliferative element. The cell typing was interesting. Personally I
would have liked more discussion on how the typing was performed.
