With a few minutes before a hospital
appointment I thought I might do a BTLP-TACT exercise.
I had one case – a forty-one year-old woman in theatre needing four units for a PPH.She grouped as O Rh(D) Positive with a negative antibody screen.I selected four units of O Rh(D) Positive K Negative CMV Negative
I got the green light.
