I thought I’d try another BTLP-TACT exercise…
I had one case – an eighty-four year-old
chap in A&E requiring group & save. He grouped as O Rh(D) Positive with
a negative antibody screen
I got the green light… Bearing in mind the
debacle of last time I took screen shots every step of the way today. I can
delete them all now.
