Time for a
BTLP-TACT exercise… I was presented with one case. A forty-nine year-old woman
in A&E needing two units of blood immediately for deep burns.
She grouped as
B Rh(D) Positive with a negative antibody screen.
I selected two
units of B Rh(D) Positive blood (which were K-negative)
I got the green
light
