The software said I had a case outstanding from 21 November – really?
I did that one…
I was presented with one case – a seventy year old female with PR bleed requiring group & save.
She grouped as O Pos with positive antibody screen (cells 1 and 2). I requested an antibody panel. Positive in cells 1, 2 and 3 this looked like anti-D, but anti-Cw could not be excluded.
Is this a D-fraction?
I got the green light – I’d have liked more feedback.
