With a few minutes spare I did a BTLP-TACT exercise
today. Bearing in mind the system’s recent giving me the thumbs-down seemingly
out of spite I wasn’t really keen on doing so, but if I don’t the boss sends me
an email.
This case was a young woman who I determined
was A Pos with an antibody screen positive in cells 1 & 3. The enzyme panel
was negative throughout; the IAT panel was positive in cells 1, 3, 6, 9 and 10.
This was clearly anti- Fya but the panel could not exclude Cw …Ok
– the enzyme was neg but it happens.
Would you believe the software said I got it
right for once?
