Here’s an
interesting article. Basically it investigates the processes by which
people make mistakes whilst examining blood films. Apparently having made a
mistake one then goes on to compound those mistakes.
This
may well go some way to explain where I once went wrong…. But even after five years
this is all just a tad too close to home for me….
