During a rather wet afternoon I fiddled about with my Atlas of Haematology to include a little episode that happened a couple of weeks ago when I thought I’d discovered a new case of hereditary spherocytosis, and to create a page on sickle cell disease.
That new page needs a *lot* of work doing, but if nothing else it showcased the new microscope I mentioned the other day…
