citrated sample 163. Look at all the platelets clustering round the neutrophils…
Not something
you see very often, but certainly something to be borne in mind. How many cases
would give you a genuine platelet count of 82? Loads. By missing this I might
be lending credence to a totally wrong diagnosis…
