This came up
on a Facebook group I follow today.
“Okay friends idk what I'm doing wrong. The
LabCE game said that the correct answers are anti FyB and LeA. I got FyB but I
don't see how they got LeA. Some help please on where I'm making my mistake?”
Panels can be
difficult to interpret, but this one? Isn’t it obvious? Anti Le(a) working in
saline on an immediate spin, and going away and anti-Fy(b) coming through in
the IAT when warmed. I’m intrigued as to where she went wrong. Perhaps she
ignored the Lewis as it isn’t clinically significant, but surely identify it
first?
