What with one thing and another I’ve been skimping on the BTLP-TACT, so I did a quick one this evening.

I had one case – a ninety-four year old chap with a GI bleed needing four units as soon as possible.

He grouped as A Rh(D) Positive with a negative antibody screen

I selected four units of A Rh(D) Positive blood.

I got the green light
