The IBMS
sent their monthly
newsletter today. Am I being cynical in feeling that the thing is (by
its very nature) being biased towards the interests of those who contribute
to it?
Updates about
STEM activities, skills shows, and
webinars about the application of ISO standards to new devices are all very
well for the minority of people who get involved in that sort of thing. I can’t
help but feel that the majority of blood-testers would be far more interested
in knowing about the latest innovations in blood testing, what analysers are
about to break into the UK market, refreshers on disease processes and the application
of what we do to that…
I suppose
that until the likes of me contribute, the IBMS newsletter will be biased to the
interests of its contributors…
