Something
interesting appeared on the Facebook “Hematology
Interest Group” page this evening.
At
first sight all I could see out of the ordinary was target cells, but I looked
closer… were those Hb C crystals? I very rarely see cases of Haemoglobin C.
Usually
all that ever appears on this Facebook page in leukaemia and Malaria (specifically P. falciparum). You would
think that with over forty thousand people following the group we might see more
of this sort of thing being posted?
