Here’s something that made me sit up and take notice… Waldenström’s macroglobulinaemia, IgM, rouleaux, blah blah blah…
This poor chap ended up with having both legs amputated. It is so easy to remember all that we learned from the text books but lose sight of what actually happens to real people.
