I hadn’t done a BTLP-TACT exercise for a while (three weeks!) so I thought I’d better get busy…
I was
presented with one case – a seventy-two year old chap in the operating theatre
needing six units of blood (for an aortic aneurysm) tomorrow… (yes, I
know… but I suspect the person who wrote the simulator doesn’t).
However the
sample was utterly unlabelled so I rejected it.
I got the green light.
The Westgard Newsletter came out today… this is only the first or second I’ve had… but useful stuff directly applicable to what I do (for the most part).
