The
lablogatory blog made me think today. There was a discussion about
leadership styles. This is a subject I’ve visited so many times. Over the years
I’ve had some good leaders, and some frankly awful ones too. In my experience
the worst leaders are those who’ve studied the subject and are trying to be
something they are not.
