Well… it is far too early on a wet and windy Sunday morning… why not do a BTLP-TACT exercise?
I
was presented with one case – a twenty-one year old woman in the out-patients
department who was having a booking appointment in the ante-natal clinic and
consequently needing ante-natal grouping and screening.
She
grouped as O Rh(D) Positive with a negative antibody screen
I got the green light.
