Thrombophilia... antiphospholipid syndromes... all of this was in the realms of the specialist referral centres when I was doing formal study. I've picked up a thing or two about them over the years but (as I have mentioned before) I am rather weak on coagulation...
So this little snippet was very gratefully received. And yes - I remember when antithrombin was called "antithrombin III"
