The
nice people at Lablogatory sent an interesting
case today. At first sight it didn’t pique my interest “A
66 Year Old Male with Diarrhea, Weight Loss, and Night Sweats”.
But
I suppose that in what I do I se the patient slightly further on down the line.
That was what he presented with. The cause – Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinaemia…
I
don’t connect Waldenstrom’s with those symptoms… I learned something there…
