This
interesting case came up on my Facebook feed this morning:
“A young Hepatitis B positive pregnant patient
had some routine tests ordered by her infectious diseases practitioner. Her
LFT's showed very mild derangement as expected, her FBE was normal, however her
clotting screen was unusual.”

I’ve
mentioned before that my CPD coagulation-wise could be improved. More case
studies of this sort would be good…
