UKAS MLA signatory status re-confirmed & extended
EA has re-confirmed UKAS MLA signatory status for the existing scope, and also in the new EA MLA developed for Proficiency Testing Providers. The membership status of UKAS within FALB has also been confirmed.

First accreditations for verification of Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Maritime Transport
UKAS is one of the first accreditation bodies in Europe to accredit verification bodies under ISO/IEC 14065 for the EU Regulation 757/2015 relating to the monitoring, reporting and verification of greenhouse gas emissions from Maritime Transport.
