Our
department has recently acquired an Aquios
flow cytometer. I had a morning’s training on the device, and on the new
techniques used for HLA-B27 testing.
It
has been some time since I last got to do any flow cytometry. I really need to
re-familiarise myself. More time in the department would be advantageous.
