for another BTLP-TACT exercise…I was presented with two cases.
46738 - A fifty-five year-old woman in theatre requiring group and saveShe grouped as O Rh(D) Positive with a negative antibody screen.59043 - an eighty year old chap in A&E al;so requiring group and save.The date of birth on the sample was wrong (27-7-1990 compared with 1-1-42) so I rejected it.

got the green light…
