question in the Facebook Haematology Interest Group: “Can I ask how others deal with clumped platelets in EDTA”. There was
an interesting discussion… I say “interesting
discussion”: most of the contributors just repeated what others had said, and
of the rest the majority were showing their ignorance, but a couple of useful

tubes” which use magnesium sulphate
as an anticoagulant.
