for another BTLP-TACT exercise… Despite being assured that doing two of these
every month is all that is required of me, I still get emails telling me that I
“need to complete further TACT
participations to improve your engagement target with the system”.
I
suppose I shouldn’t grumble – I get to use the simulator for free…
I was presented with one case – a ninety-two-year-old woman in the orthopaedic department requiring group & save
She grouped as A Rh(D) Positive with a negative antibody screen
I got the green light.
