Time to do another BTLP-TACT exercise. The software presented me with two cases

- a thirty year old female requiring group and save .
She grouped as O Pos with no antibodies
detected

- A sixty year old chap requiring
group and save.
He grouped as A Neg with a positive
antibody screen. I requested panels. The IAT and enzyme panels were suggestive
of anti-D but could not exclude anti-Cw
I got the green light
