The IBMS
sent its
monthly newsletter today. I read the lot and couldn’t help but feel that in
years gone by when I was a manager and when I was a training officer, this would
have been very useful and helpful and relevant to my daily practice.
But now I’m
in a different role. With no managerial or (formal) training responsibilities
I just “do the job”, and I’m afraid to say that this monthly update wasn’t
really of any practical help to me at all.
Such a
shame.
