nice people at the Transfusion Evidence Alert sent their update today. Loads of
articles. Some useful. Some not so.
This one
caught my eye. If I had to give one example of how practise has changed in
the forty years in which I’ve been involved with blood transfusions, it would
be how transfused volumes have reduced over the years. Time was we would laught
at a one unit transfusion. Nowadays it is the norm…
