This
rather good review of a case
of paediatric T-cell ALL appeared on the Facebook Haematology Interest Group
today.
The discussion that followed the post was
interesting. Some were giving sage advice based on experience and wisom, others
were posting didactic order based on “this
is the way we’ve always done it therefore it is the only way to do it”.
A large part of successful CPD is being able to
distinguish between the two.
