The nice people at UKAS sent me their
monthly update today. Call me old-fashioned or reactionary but I struggle
to reconcile what I see as basically a paperwork exercise with the very real necessity
to improve what I do every day.
I *really*
do think that if they dropped the “management
catch-phrase” way of speaking and wrote in everyday English then they might
get the likes of me on-board.
