Last month I did thirteen BTLP-TACT
cases, and still I’m getting emails about not doing enough… so here we go.
I was presented with one case – an eleven
year old girl in ITU with burns needing two units of blood.
She grouped as A Rh(D) Positive with a
negative antibody screen. I selected two units of A Rh(D) Positive K-Negative blood
I got the thumbs-up.
