Time for another BTLP-TACT exercise. I was presented with
one case – a thirty-two year old woman who was twenty-eight weeks pregnant
requiring ante-natal group & screen.
She grouped as A Rh(D) Positive with a negative antibody
screen.
To be honest I would have had to work hard to have stuffed
that one up, but bearing in mind my recent experiences with BTLP-TACT it really
was with a sense of relief that I got the green light.
